Ms. Malinda was awesome. She made us feel welcome and gave us an opportunity to check the room so I would feel comfortable and not need to cancel. She was friendly, kind and had a good sense of humor. She helped with meeting our needs. Me. Jeff on evenings came right away to take care of a sink issue and had a good attitude. The hot water in the shower was great and relaxing.
This place is nothing more nothing less then average motel by highway, but there is one difference. They will treat you like you are special guests. Lady from front desk is super super friendly, helpful…. You will feel her like your good friend . 10 stars for front desk
Employees extremely pleasant and helpful. Water pressure in the showers were excellent. Bathroom clean with enough towels. Coffee in the lobby for you to get free. Bed sheets were very clean. I enjoyed my stay in would absolutely go back.
Awesome hotel for the price. Very friendly manager, clean rooms, and breakfast was yogurt, bagels, 2 cereal options, coffee, fruit, juice, and waffle maker.
Location is central to the Toyota factory. There is a waffle house about 100 yards down the access road you can walk to. The staff have been absolutely amazing every time I have stayed. Rooms are not very modernized but are cozy and comfortable. They have the option for nightly stays as well as extended stays. Extended stay guests stay upstairs. Parking are is very nice, very lit up at night which makes me feel safe. The pool is not open. There is no fitness or business area for guests, which I am ok with. Towels are nice and clean as is the bedding. The beds themselves are quite comfortable and the pillows are fluffy. The breakfast area has a waffle maker, cereal, fresh fruit, bagels and toast, coffee and juice. It is very nice to eat there in the mornings.
Had to stay here for a month and a half while we were looking for a bigger and better house. Their weekly rate was reasonable and they allow pets, which was great bc we have two dogs. Everything was clean and the staff respected our privacy.
